Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalog, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Checkout" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.
We accept credit card payment. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped.
All orders are subject to a delivery charge of £3.95 (except surfboards, see next)
Due to the apparent dificulties that shipping comanies seem to have in dealing with something 'long', they charge quite a bit for shipping surfboards. With that in mind, the shipping charge for surfboards is £24.95.
It does seem a bit odd, as a surfer can quite happily tuck a surfboard under his arm & walk for miles & would struggle to carry a 25kg box for 30 yards, yet the shipping companies seem to struggle with a 7ft x 6" x 20" box that weighs only 4kg, yet will take a 25kg box at no extra charge. Rant over.
We are also sorry but we are unable to offer a dedicated delivery service outside of the UK. If you wish to place an order from outside of the UK, please contact sales@huntersurf.com with more details & we will endeavour to make special arrangements. Unfortunately, we are unable to do this with surfboards, for the reasons moaned about above. Some companies are now quoting £400 to ship a single board to Europe!
We aim to ship/dispatch any orders the same day, if received before 1pm. All items, excluding oversized goods, are sent via Royal Mail Parcel Post & you should expect delivery within 3-5 working days. This timescale is subject to our carriers conditions.

Cookies are used on this shopping site to keep track of the contents of your shopping cart once you have selected an item, to store delivery addresses if the address book is used and to store your details if you select the 'Remember Me' Option.
Under the EC Distance Selling Directive, you have the right to cancel the contract for your purchase within 7 working days of delivery. You do not need to give us any reason for cancelling your contract, nor will you have to pay any penalty. You cannot cancel your contract if the goods you have ordered are audio or video recording or computer software, and you have taken these items out of the sealed packages in which they were delivered to you.
To cancel a contract, write "Cancel Contract" on the back of the invoice. Package the items securely and send them to us with the invoice within 7 working days of the date that the items were delivered. We request that you email us at sales@huntersurf.com to tell us that you are returning goods before you send them. 24 hours' advance warning is required for returns. The return address is:

We recommend that you use a recorded-delivery service. Note that you will be responsible for the costs of returning the goods to us unless we delivered the item to you in error.
You should be aware that once we begin the delivery process, you will not be able to cancel any contract you have with us for services carried out by us (for example, postage and packing). When we receive the goods with the notice of your cancellation of this order, we will refund the relevant part of the purchase price for that item.
Once you have notified us that you are cancelling your contract, any sum debited to us from your credit card will be re-credited to your account as soon as possible and in any event within 30 days of your order, provided that the goods in question are returned by you and received by us in the condition they were in when delivered to you. If you do not return the goods delivered to you or do not pay the costs of delivery, we shall be entitled to deduct the direct costs of recovering the goods from the amount to be re-credited to you.
